Karen has spent 11 years as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility team at U.S. Bank. In her current role as Director of Operations for U.S. Bank Foundation, she helped manage the funding of more than 1400 grants nationally in 2023. Financial education is both a giving and volunteering priority for U.S. Bank, and a personal passion for Karen. Prior nonprofit Board service includes Portland Community College Foundation, Portland Parks Foundation, and United Way of the Columbia-Willamette.
